Ensuring optimal, smooth and on time import and export processing 

• Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of import and export shipments 
• Optimizing and securing the documentation of procedures and processes 
• Supporting and Advising customers 
• Carrying out customs clearance 
• Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers 
• Preparation of offers and follow-up on the offer process 
• Conducting sales negotiations 
• Securing and processing invoices to customers 
• Monitoring of meetings and deadlines 
• Invoicing 
• Execution of general organizational and administrative activities 
• Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable). 
• Contribute actively to a healthy and secure work environment by reporting unsafe/unsecure/unhealthy conditions and possible improvements

• Finished commercial Apprenticeship in international forwarding 
• Completed education in business administration 
• Working experience in international forwarding 
• Quick comprehension as well as reliable and precise way of working 
• Organizational talent as well as analytical skills 
• Accurate, efficient, and independent way of working 
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure 
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently 
• Enthusiasm 
• Fluent oral and written Czech, good English skills 
• Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred
