You will prepare and monitor offers, ensure accurate customer billing, and manage special orders as well as complaints. You will support and advise customers and agents, prepare delivery bills and customs documentation, and monitor deadlines to secure timely execution. In addition, you will maintain performance statistics, document and optimize workflows, support supervisors in various projects, and manage documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
